that our customers can be confident their furnace will continue to operate at
the highest levels for the life of the product. Hence, the EZBurn Service Network
was created.
The Service Network includes:
- Extended Warranty
- Annual service inspections and routine maintenance
- Discounts on parts and supplies from the EZBurn Retail store
- Heating application case studies from customers
- On-line maintenance tips and advice
- An interactive network of customers accessible through our EZBurn SN Internet Blog
- Remote monitoring of furnace performance (requires internet access)
The Service Network is included for the first two years from the installation date.
After the initial two year term there is an annual fee to continue participation
in the Service Network.
